Absolutely useless, pretending to attempt delivery & no way to contact them, this is the second time in a week, shocking … minus 2000 stars

Late packets regular occurrence, dumped in full visibility, door neither knocked or bell rang. If I could give zero ? then that's exactly what I'd leave, so to sum it up this company delivery system is utter rubbish. And the staff are equally rated complete and utterly incompetent.

Tracking information is terrible, you may assume you don't care about customer

Ten days to return a small package back to seller. Really??? Delivery from seller to my home always good though.

How Hermes continue is beyond me, who else chooses to store items for 24hrs (and lose like they have with my item?) instead of delivery item a day early. How is that sensible business, Paying for storage facilities to intentionally delay items.. Is seller tells me they using Hermes I wont make purchase

Need to be closed down, very poor communication, most people do the job then get paid, if this happened to hermes, they would be out of business, to say they handle people's paid for good, not impressed at all, told 8 Nov, still waiting,

A total waste of space and if my time, Hermes are sitting on 2 parcels for days. Apparently I can't give them no stars so they get one, which they don't deserve. I will not purchase on line from companies that use Hermes in future.

Sent parcel 20/10 /21 a month later still at depot. You can't even speak to anyone. Will not use again have lost money through this

Very bad courier company,in past 2 weeks missing 3 parcels,never use it again and not recommending to anothers

Can track every day all the way across America, get to UK and all tracking stops!!! Don't know where my parcel is now!!
