Totally useless !! Says out for delivery wait most of day then changes to delayed at 8pm at night !!!

Hermes not reliable to many parcels get lost or badly delayed.or say delivered when it has not.? Very hard to contact them.

Cannot recommend hermes my parcels are always delayed or lost. Tracking is a waste of time. Also unable to contact them.?

Unreliable company, very often send wrong messages to customers saying that company tried to deliver the items? What was the reason for the non delivery? Some of its drivers are very unprofessional and leave the parcel some where in the garden without knocking the door. I think it is time to monitor this companies activities by a government organisation ie Ombudsman responsible for these sort of business activities or trading standard officials.

If there was a negative option I would use it

My recent experience of Hermes is awful. Left porch open yesterday so they could leave parcel. Allegedly tried to deliver? No note left. Have waited in all day today no parcel. Will not purchase from anyone using Hermes again

Received a card through my door saying delivery attemp was made but they couldn't find my house even though they left a card

Bad tracking info!! Slow delivery, I know royal mail can be slow but waaayyy better than Hermes.

Parcel was due Wednesday, it’s now Saturday and still no parcel

If only I could give zero stars - customer service a joke, £6 a phone call, no current up to date information. Been waiting 4 days from last update. Why do retailers use them!!

The worst delivery company ever! Every parcel send through this courier get lost already got three missing, very disappointed never aloud my parcels send through this service again awful even one start is too much

Your GPS / postcode tracking systems are not up to date. I live in a new build house and you cannot find my property as it doesn’t exist on your system. Every other delivery company finds my property but not Hermes. I have not received 7 items in the last month including a suit for my husband for our daughter wedding. Given so many retailers now use Hermes I am reluctant to buy online and find myself returning to the high street. Please update your Google GPS tracking systems
