Absolute rubbish could not even deliver my parcel

Absolutely rubbish delivery company.

A week later still nothing. Hermes, sort it out

Never deliver on time

By far the worst possible service possible. Who else stores items for 1 day to ensure wont arrive early then like my item they lose it... Terrible. I will never knowingly use this joke courier service

Once again Hermes fails to deliver when they say they will. Due 19th now told 20th-22nd. I wish some sellers on Amazon would use other couriers!! I cringe when I see deliver by Hermes!! Last time it wasn’t delivered on the day as it said it was(and allegedly signed by me). I left for work next morning had a good look around no parcel. 2 hours later a postman knocked and handed a battered, soaking wet parcel to her he found at the bottom of the drive!!!

Hermes tends to take quite long

Far to many parcels just dissapear into the ether.... dont see how they can get lost on such a regular basis

They didn't deliver my product to my address 2 times, I can't get any response. I don't know how to apply for £23 this hermest company is a very unimportant cargo company with no respect for the customer.

Waited in all day only fpr them to say they can't deliver today. Hopeless

I always have a problem with hermes, I already informed that my packages must not be left outside, they keep leaving
