Absolutely disgusting service. None whatsoever!. And you are unable to contact them.

I didn’t get the option to leave a one star review, my parcel was due on 2nd November and today is 17th November. Even when I put the tracking number into the website today it says my parcel is due to arrive on the 2nd. I’ve received a refund from the seller who say I can keep the parcel if Hermes eventually deliver it but I hold out no hope of this. Any sellers who use this company should dump them straight away.

Parcel been untraceable for a week. What an absolutely appalling service

Never deliver parcels always losing them. Never answer the phone, and no customer service

Terrible service really not good enough

Tracking info not updated since Saturday it’s now 7pm Monday night and parcel late

I sent parcel to someone he never get it and they said they will pay me full refund and insurance they never did they are just taking your money I wonder what the trading standard do about it I try to contact them and they said not enough money to use trading standard so I lost my money my parcel and my times and am advising every one not to use hermes

Parcel despatched 8 Nov, Delivery scheduled for 11November , still not arrived on 15th! And no information or communication ,Appalling service.

Absolutely horrible delivery company, driver doesn't want to do the round so all deliveries are being held back until they get their asses in gear. Not pleased that they force you to give at least one star even though zero would be the best option.

Said attempted delivery, no delivery attempt was made

Saying out for delivery since 11th November, then 12th and again 13th,still my parcel has not arrived

Absolutely discusted as I've had 2 jd orders in past so many months lost in transit and its happened once again, they were both important gifts and I can't believe the same thing happened a second time im embarrassed again off av in to explain to who s give they were going to be , how can this happen for a second time will not be using hermes again extremely upset with the company and I can never get to speak to anyone verbally

Useless service cant speak to anyone and my parcel has been on received status for over 8 days

Keeping me up to date with my current long distancr parcel..... Never failed so far.......trustworthy......the mail gets through

Parcel says delivered to outbuilding and signed by myself but none of this was true
