No update since Monday

Totally rubbish at delivery

Sent a parcel, accidentally put the wrong postcode. Spoke to customer service and 2 weeks later, still not arrived. Rubbish.

Trackings next to useless

What a terrible company , parcels left on doorways on main rd, photos taken but parcel never gets to person and if lucky it does packaging not great or tampered with in my experience

Tracker comments are uselss as not kept updated

They are a wast off space don't even leave you parcels in your safe place at all wankers that's what they are not even work a star at all

Notification of delivery received day after delivery stamp says received by me personally. Parcel declared left in safe place actually outside subject to weather and bringing slug into house. I know you have a hard job guys but with better and accurate communication my perception could improve.

Absolutely rubbish. Don't send your parcels via this company! I should have received a parcel 28th October. Still waiting. Opened a case they called me to say they will do a warehouse sweep then nothing. Can't get back intouch because its saying there's an open enquiry. Can't contact them at all. Ended with refund off seller who I feel really bad for. I want my goods!! One of a kind items that are sat somewhere or someone employed there has punched them! Really really really rubbish company

What a shambles 2 orders both never arrived. Will never use or buy anything from anybody that uses Hermes

Rubbish service. My item is being bounced around and not delivered. You keep coming up with same old lies. Addtess is a collection point ? So where is the problem accessing it? And at no point have I asked for item to be sent back!! Hermes has not made any attempt to deliver this item and others.

Had a message to say got your parcel on 2/11/21 it is now 17/11/21 no parcel and no update on app to say when its being delivered.

Don't think my wheelie bin can be classed as an out building and to top it all someone was home so they can't of knocked or rang the bell

Two parcels still not received ,over a week now.

Everytime I order an item that is to be delivered by Hermes it is a week later than it's due date. Why anybody would use them is beyond me. They should really refund the sender the full amount and they can pass an amount onto the buyer. Sad to see a company being able to operate in this way.
