Simply the worst delivery company out there! Always late, if it arrives at all. I really wish people would stop using them! No idea how they’re still in business!

Awful service 2 parcels i have had to cancel due to no delivery

Attempted deliveries!! Was at home every occasion, no delivery attempted, no card, no item!!!

"Lost" nearly every package of mine

Always late with parcels, no regards for items they deliver as the driver we have throws them on the ground (resulting in smashed presents!) Worst delivery service I've ever known! Wish sellers would stop using them! I check before buying items now on who they use for deliveries & if its hermes I look elsewhere.

Packet should have arrived on 8th November. It's now the 14th and still not here..... cowboys

Been waiting for a parcel that should of been here 2 weeks ago still no update and not arrived

Had text and email confirming delivery yet I was in house at time stated and nothing delivered or left at door ?

paid for next day. 3 days later still not delivered

I placed an order with a textile company on 6th Nov they said whistl was the carrier so I kept checking their website parcel tracking seemed to stop on 10th called them up to discover it was Hermes that was delivering so went on their tracking with my code only to discover it said package had been signed for and delivered at 2 15 on 10th my son who is working at home and myself were in the house it is a main door so we would see anyone coming in our gate there was no note through letterbox so it must have been a ghost that signed for it, I even went to my neighbours in case they had got it but no joy terrible company would not recommend.

Ordered an item from eBay posted on 5th November, 48 Non POD. still awaiting
