Package picked up late and now stuck in Sorting Depot for three days. The tracking site and the customer telephone help line are absolutely useless.

Parcel not delivered. Said it was attempted. Suchs lies! I received a package literally minutes after the time they said the tried to deliver. How are hermes still in business is beyond me.
