My wife sent parcel P6773120 back to Atlas to change the size. It took 4 weeks to get there and has probably meant that it is out of time for a refund or change.

Awful website, I'd give it 0 stars if there was that option, a bit like their delivery service.

Disgusting trying to get any information about my packages

Yet again a parcel has be stolen should of been here in September still waiting

Claimed to have been delivered into a secure outbuilding. Trouble is there isn't one. Would have fitted through the letterbox but was found in a pile of my neighbour's junk several yards away. Probably thrown from the road. Truly dreadful.

You are the worst delivery company I’ve ever had to deal with.. you don’t attempt to deliver then mark parcels as tried to deliver but customer not home.. you are unreal… your lazy couriers need to start delivering and stop lying that they’ve tried to deliver.. shame on you !!!

I always get my parcel on time or even earlier then planned. But there have been this one time where I get a notice through the letter box saying that I wasn't in when I was.

Can't rate you a ZERO. No email/text notification of pending delivery. You've got to keep up with the times.

None of our orders that have been requested in the last 2 weeks have arrived. This has caused real issues as we have moved into a new build and have needed items next day. Terrible service and likes about attempted delivery as I work from home.

Not possible to give no stars! Parcel not delivered, tracking days out of date, if Hermes did deliveries they would probably be the worst delivery company in the world!

Supposed to have parcel delivered .on site says delivered .never received parcel .rubbish
