A lot of people say the service is bad but I’ve been really lucky and never had a delay or any problems

Left parcel in the bin and didn’t left a note. Found my parcel when took my rubbish out. Horrible

Said on trackinga road closure was slowing them down that was 30 hours ago.

Parcels lost. Next day delivery is never the next day. Status updates slow to update

Ordered off ebay Tuesday with 3 day delivery, still hasn't arrived and hermes tracking is absolutely useless, its saying they received the item at 10.00am Tuesday and that's it, our local delivery driver is great but the company as a whole are rubbish.

3 parcels incorectly delivered to wrong address in past 3 weeks , not very careful or professional, is it guys .

Absolutely abysmal service, never held accountable. Said would deliver next working day on Tuesday its now Friday and no word. Not even worth 1 star

Missed delivery, although I was at home. No card left with tracking number. Can't contact hermes with tracking number. When I finally got number it does match my postcode.

Ordered my items on 5th and expected delivery date was 8th Nov but did not receive till 12th Nov. They list it in transit. Worst service ever!!!

I was expecting a delivery on the 11 no sign of it arriving and no info on when I'm likely to get it . I really dont understand why people even use this delivery service customer servis is 0.

There is no sign of my parcel. Hermes claim my parcel was delivered - at midnight. Thankfully I have CCTV which proves no delivery has even been attempted. No response from Hermes. Looks like it'll have to go to small claims court...

Worst delivery service ever.

Yet again another parcel being delivered by Hermes is late, the seller says its Hermes fault. This isn't the first time this as happened with Hermes. Keeping there tracker up to date seems impossible to them. I think they got steam driven computers. Why companies use Hermes is beyond me.
