Failed to deliver parcel, and did not leave a note

It take soooooo long to get here

My delivery lady is always on time, goes beyond her job description to make customers happy by leaving parcels with neighbours and is extremely polite and kind.

Tracking information is useless " your parcel will be with us soon ". That tells me nothing. I want to know when I'll get it.

I dont like these companies. They think its acceptable to throw parcels over your gate or put parcels in your half full recycling bin and not leave a card to say its been delivered. My parcel nearly went to the recycling lorry. Not happy at all

Won’t up date says 2nov it’s now 9 th nov !!

One word ...dismal

Said my parcel was put in my porch , it’s nowhere to be seen, my house doesn’t even have a porch so god knows where it went . No note or house number where it might of been left . Will be looking for compensation if it does nor turn up !

Really poor trying to track a parcel and no one to contact apart from a computer. No idea where my parcel is

The delivery driver is a absolute moron, miss delivers my item, and I do not know where it is. Absolute idiots.

The worst parcel delivery company on the UK. I dread it when a company tells me they are using Hermes to deliver my stuff as I know from past experiences there will be a problem and yes again today they have failed to deliver as promised.
