Next day delivery……..?? It’s 4 business days now…. Utter rubbish

I normally have an excellent Hermes delivery man, who I can't complain about at all. At the moment I am waiting for panels that should have been delivered on Saturday or Monday. They are still not here. The tracking system isn't updated regularly enough. I have been in touch with Next who I ordered from and they are no help what so ever. I am totally in the dark about what is going on. If a a pacel from Italy can get here in 3 days. Hermes have no hope.

Supposed attempt deliveries on two occasions and instructions to leave with a neighbour i was in both times never heard any knocking on the door and nothing left with the neighbours, clearly in too much of a rush and by the ratings I am not the. Only one

No service , tracking has insufficient detail, “On Hold” is unhelpful, no easy way of finding out the status or estimated delivery

Always leave parcels in a bush in full view of a busy street and make zero attempt to ring the door bell and then take zero responsibility for missing parcels. I no longer order anything that is delivered by hermes

This company is ridiculous. App says my parcel was delivered today and left in my porch. There is no parcel and have also checked with neighbours but nothing. Try to talk to someone about it and cant get a real person, and tge live chat thung says my postcode and tracking number dont match do apparantly my parcel doesnt exist. Dont use this company

Nearly a week late and no idea what’s going on!? Heard nothing and no update. Poor, really poor, and Amazon aren’t much better!

Hermes Lost my parcel a week ago. 2nd parcel due, still no sign! Shocking service....tracking means nothing. Do not use this company
