3 days late Meant to be out for delivery again but already gone over time , I had to give a star but if I had a choice no stars

In the past we have received good service, however we recently purchased a rug from Laura Ashley/next trading number t002va0301154063 the item has not been delivered. This is bad enough, but it would seem that no-one is able to speak to you to find out why. I doubt this review will be read and I will be cancelling this order tomorrow.

Pointless tracking info and poor service. Takes an age to get your parcel. Sits with them for days before they put it out for delivery. Avoid at all cost.

Never ever on time, tracking is useless. Hermes getting a lot of money for nothing!

They never deliver on time thing I order are always running late

I ordered 2 items over a week ago and part of the order comes the next day but the other part is delayed from the same shop doesn't make sense sports direct should stop using them

Excellent service evert time

Hermes are by far the worst courier company. The past 2/5 past parcels haven't arrived and the other 3 were hugely delayed. Really disappointing service.

My parcel is still with hermes. Last update 23/10/21. Nothing since. No delivery, no explanation. Absolute rubbish service

3 of my parcels were lost at their sorting hub. Will never use hermes again!!

Nothing positive to say, 9 days later still no parcel ?

My advice, use royal mail or DPD. It's worth paying a little more for a better service

3 times,on separate occasions my parcels have been "delayed due to major event" then have took another 3 to 4 days to arrive..I beg ebay sellers never to use hermes...far to many parcel delays...or just go missing..horrendous company..how are they even still running as a "delivery service"
