How this company survives with such poor reviews amazes me. Late again, piss poor tracking again.

Took over two weeks to deliver my parcel then when I in returned it to the sender!! Impossible to speak to anyone about it and the online chat is a joke. Well losses off as I really needed this urgently. If there was a ‘no star’ option I would have rated that !

Terrible Say they have a time slot for you and don’t even deliver on the day Paid for next day delivery and I don’t even have my parcel 2 after ordering

I was expecting 2 bouquets of flowers to be delivered today for the anniversary of my mother's passing i paid extra for express delivery to ensure they arrived on time and now because of your mess up my flowers will not be going on the grave today 05/11/21 the day of the anniversary

I was today 5/11/21 expecting a delivery of 2 bouquets of flowers for an anniversary to lay on a grave memorial today but because of your mess up i have now missed the anniversary even though i paid extra for express delivery

the worst, I prefer Royal Mail I mount a lot more. two weeks that they have my package, they still don't bring it to me

Got to hand it to hermes, they are the absolute best at doing things badly!

Worst delivery company going.

What a complete shambles this company is ,next day delivery but still haven't received 7 days later and can't find out why. Avoid at all costs.

Parcels always delayed

It says package received, but I didn't receive anything.

Guy came gave me my package and ran! When I got in I seen it was open underneath and I didn't need to break the seal to open it half the contents gone! It was literally 30 seconds had passed I've gone looking for the guy and he's gone. Absolutely ridiculous service!!!!

Absolutely rubbish..parcel to big for local delivery..put back into hermes network never to be seen or anymoe tracking info ..must be in an alternative universe or a hermes employees garage...

Absolutely shocking company its self dime drivers no issue but the company needs shutting down its shocking how bad they are no communication no updates takes weeks for a delivery to arrive they have been expecting my parcel for 2 weeks now still nothing
