Always on time. Very polite

Constantly fails to deliver. I now refuse to deal with any company that uses Hermes for postage.

Parcel was left at front door in a block of flats where anyone could have picked it up. Useless

Still not got delivery was going away to day but can’t to I get my parcel This is not first time I been let down by hemes

Expected delivery the day before it arrived. A day late. And last thing. But a better experience than most.

Expected a parcel today they gave me two updates and failed to deliver package on both slots. Then tried to speak to customer service and voice recognition could not find my tracking number. So annoying

Initially said they attempted to deliver but nobody home… A big fat lie. I was working from home so was in the whole day… now 2 days later the tracking details are still the same with no update even after speaking to customer services.?

Worst couriers ever. Slow. Damage to parcels. Missing parcels. How are you still in business?!! I would give zero stars if I could. Be better!!!

My parcel is stuck . The tracking is not moving saying " delay due to a major event " . No customer service at all. I will stop using Hermes. Very frustrating.

Apparently they tryed to deliver my parcel 2 to a business open from 9 til 5 at 20:00. You'd think they would try during the day. Utterly useless

He leaves orders with other neighbors and leaves no information with whom. This is a joke for me to have to walk all the way looking for my order

I've been waiting for a package since yesterday, I haven't received it today and it's not the first time something like this has happened with Hermes
