Absolutely terrible service an there track my parcel service isnt much better, I wont be ordering anything of the internet again that requires Hermes doing my delivery

Lost my parcel, no explanation, no excuse app still says it's on its way. Thought Yodel were bad but looks like they now have competition. V poor.

50/50 chance of getting item. Sometimes item arrives other times it doesn't. Tracking normally says "we have the parcel" no matter what

I don't think I've ever received a parcel on time from hermes, some orders have been repacked with things missing in the past. The only reason I give one star is because the local delivery driver is really nice.

Terrible service parcels lost or damaged no contact from Hermes to notify of the issues just left waiting 7 days . Then you have to sort it out.

Waited for a parcel given a date when to be delivered 3 days later no parcel on tracking said it had been delivered and left in porch, was not, contacted seller who said the tracking given by Hermes was the wrong one. But I was then given the right one was told it would be delivered next day ? Still waiting. This is not the first time delivery by hermes has been shoddy, a couple of years ago I ordered a christmas tree when tracked it had been delivered to a depot 3 qàmiles down the road was told it would be delivered . When it wasn't rang only to find it had been shipped to a depot 74 miles away had to wait again
