Once again Hermes has disappointed me with their service still waiting ordered it on the 27 th Oct. now the4th November, tracking service is terrible and updates no existent

Didn’t deliver my parcel to me, didn’t tell me where it was delivered and didn’t do anything to reunite my parcel with me! Avoid at all costs!

If I could leave minuses I would awful service next day delivery is a joke and parcel reaching the depot only to disappear. No explanation no update ?

Terrible service parcels lost or damaged no contact from Hermes to notify of the issues just left waiting 7 days . Then you have to sort it out.

They took my money never show up to collect my parcel

Been waiting for a parcel for 9 days now without any new updates. Their customer service is automated with no option to speak with a human. Awful service!!!!!!!

Apparently tried to deliver my parcel 3 times this week, once attempt was at midnight last night!! I have received no card or slip through my door or emails about any attempts! Now they have sent this back to the seller. If I could give zero I would

Waited for a parcel given a date when to be delivered 3 days later no parcel on tracking said it had been delivered and left in porch, was not, contacted seller who said the tracking given by Hermes was the wrong one. But I was then given the right one was told it would be delivered next day ? Still waiting. This is not the first time delivery by hermes has been shoddy, a couple of years ago I ordered a christmas tree when tracked it had been delivered to a depot 3 qàmiles down the road was told it would be delivered . When it wasn't rang only to find it had been shipped to a depot 74 miles away had to wait again

Absolute worst delivery company in the UK. Sender's may as well chuck the parcel out of a moving plane and see where it lands. More chance of it arriving where it should.

I have now experienced two occasions where Hermes say parcel was delivered securely only to never find it. Not good enough!!! Can't leave 0 star rating!!!

Last three parcels delayed broken or just don't arrive! As the receiver hermes won't even update you have to contact sender shocking service!

The worst courier company by far. Always a problem and/or a delay, always a lame excuse.

Utterly terrible service by Hermes yet again. Tracking of parcels is useless at best and when it does eventually update, provides incorrect delivery details. A vague 8am to 8pm delivery window is bad enough, but when they even fail to achieve that its hard to recommend this service at all. 1 star awarded because the system would not accept zero.

Worse ever. Wasted all day waiting. Nobody came...they lied and said I was out!
