Absolute worst delivery company in the UK. Sender's may as well chuck the parcel out of a moving plane and see where it lands. More chance of it arriving where it should.

I have now experienced two occasions where Hermes say parcel was delivered securely only to never find it. Not good enough!!! Can't leave 0 star rating!!!

Last three parcels delayed broken or just don't arrive! As the receiver hermes won't even update you have to contact sender shocking service!

The worst courier company by far. Always a problem and/or a delay, always a lame excuse.

Utterly terrible service by Hermes yet again. Tracking of parcels is useless at best and when it does eventually update, provides incorrect delivery details. A vague 8am to 8pm delivery window is bad enough, but when they even fail to achieve that its hard to recommend this service at all. 1 star awarded because the system would not accept zero.

Worse ever. Wasted all day waiting. Nobody came...they lied and said I was out!

Not received parcel suposed to be here 6 days ago

If i see its a Hermes delivery. My heart drops. As I live in a 3 story block of flats & every time they are supposed to deliver I never get my items it's been over 10 times now. I'm positive the driver is stealing them. As when I complain to the sender they say it has been delivered.

Second parcel gone missing!!

This is the worst courier service in the world, hardly ever on time thats if the package ever gets there and take extra money for insurance the smash the item bits then say the sorting machinery can't read handle with care labels and say you got no grounds for a claim. the company are a complete shambles. I now ask sends if they will use a different courier but often they won't because hermes are cheap, well you get what you pay for or in hermes case you probably won't

If I could give minus stars I would say my parcel has been delivered now there is a problem will get the parcel when they decide to deliver it awful company

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Failed Weds, failed Thurs, failed twice on Fri. No attempt Sat or Sun. Told now 18:00 - 20:00 Mon. No local depot to contact, no telephones, keep hiding...the problem will go away.

They do a good service of cause we all miss the day it comes . Some times we have to wait.I am pleased with the service l get.

Been waiting since Friday 29th for parcel that keeps saying they got it but yet not delivered it yet

Always late, have more than a few times left my parcel in the road in the rain! Always dread when I see they are going to be my courier
