VERY POOR SERVICE - states you received order on 28th October - still not got it!! 1st birthday present for my great grandson for tomorrow!!!

no phone numbers to reach.... not good idea to send the parcel here as nobody is answering the phone in Peterborough UK branch. wastested a lot of time waiting...... ? dissapointed

I was told that my parcel was going to be delivered by 30th Oct 2021 (Next Day Delivery) this tea tracking system now tells me it could be the 2nd November. An absolute joke.. Luckily they don't deliver replacement organs for transplant because if they did all the under takers would be millionaires!

Still waiting for parcel since 26th October was at depot? But now its apparently lost wtf!!

This company should be not be allowed to operate anymore. It’s either the package is not delivered on time or get lost in their depot. So unreliable and inefficient company that has no interest in providing a good service to their customers.

Your delivery driver doesn't leave a card to reach Hermes with my items. sometimes he does even come on say he csme

What a joke. Tracking information just going in a cycle. On van, driver delayed, mis-sorted, not added to Pshop van, we'll deliver in 24 hours, on van, driver delayed, mis-sorted, not added to pshop, we'll deliver in 24 hours blah, blah, blah

Absolutely useless. My parcels have been lost into the ether when the brainless idiot driver tried to deliver them to commercial premises at 21.30 and then claimed it was the third attempt to deliver. I had stayed on the premises until 1800 hours but then thought only a complete moron would try to deliver after that time. I would rate it at zero but that isn't shown.

I am satisfied with the service, always on time and great contact with my courier.

Awful service. Nothing nice to say about hermes. Next day delivery is non existant. My parcel is who knows where, no updates, no useful information on whats happened. I needed that delivery as it was work related and i work from home.

Ordered next day delivery, hasnt shown up after 2 days. No explanation. No updates. Nothing. Cant find anything out about where my parcel is. It was a much needed item as i work from home. Furious.

Package Should have arrived on the 29th Oct but still waiting. Can’t find out what’s happen and when I’ll receive it.

Terrible service parcel arrived at click and collect. Didn't scan so shop would not give me my parcel. It got sent back to Hermes never to be seen again

This delivery company are the worst my parcel has been at my local depot for 5 days and I had a message saying they tried to deliver but that is a lie and it is not updated on amazon and on the site itself (not the link I was sent) says its still on the way after 5 days. I suspect their site has either been hacked or copied and the texts with the link is an attempt at fraud as we never pay for a redelivery
