Absolutely shocking tracking service

I was supposed to receive my parcel by the 28th Oct (a Halloween costume)& I've still not received it even though it shows Hermes received it on the 21st Oct, not good

Always parcel delayed never on time awful service in future will be checking delivery service before purchase of goods.

In all evening, no knock on the door, no card left, just a text to say they attempted to deliver but couldn't, why would anyone use this company.

Parcel delayed for 4days still not arrived

Very poor, I'm only waiting for something cheap, god knows what they would do with a valuable item. Stay clear.

Consistently the worst so called courier in the universe. My company will never use these lackadaisical incompetent idiots again. Use any other service and you'll be happy.

The delivery courier leaves on doorstep open to everyone to take as it’s not secure it was stolen this has happened 3 times

Hermes leaves my parcels on the doorstep in full view, and then state on tracking info that they were left securely and that I have signed for them

Why not save time and through the item you want to send in a nearby river. It has more chance of reaching its destination.

Always problem with this company! Ones left parcel on rubbish bin without my premission! I lost that parcel because that was a rubbish collecting day. Aweful

Hermes are by far the worst courier service around. Appealing service, avoid!

Hermes parcel tracking service totally useless, don't think they have any idea where parcel is

If I could give you zero stars I would.2 parcels in your depot with 48 hour delivery and now 8 days late and counting.will never use again.
