Consistently the worst so called courier in the universe. My company will never use these lackadaisical incompetent idiots again. Use any other service and you'll be happy.

The delivery courier leaves on doorstep open to everyone to take as it’s not secure it was stolen this has happened 3 times

Hermes leaves my parcels on the doorstep in full view, and then state on tracking info that they were left securely and that I have signed for them

Why not save time and through the item you want to send in a nearby river. It has more chance of reaching its destination.

Always problem with this company! Ones left parcel on rubbish bin without my premission! I lost that parcel because that was a rubbish collecting day. Aweful

Hermes are by far the worst courier service around. Appealing service, avoid!

Hermes parcel tracking service totally useless, don't think they have any idea where parcel is

If I could give you zero stars I would.2 parcels in your depot with 48 hour delivery and now 8 days late and counting.will never use again.

So let down by Hermes. My parcels 3 days late but most annoying is their tracking has not been updated so there's no information on where my parcel is or when I can expect it. Really bad practice.

No parcel delivery, no status update since 21.10.21, no response to online enquiry, unable to speak to anyone other than an automated voice. Appalling service!

Terrible company, numerous problems, dont deserve one star, total rubbish, tracking non existant,

No delivery was made and yet it says delivery made and live location showed completely different address. Try to track online on phone by chat, but get nowhere, still not knowing where my parcel is, really bad customer service!

Parcels rarely get to us via Hermes. Either no delivery or delivered to the wrong address. Useless service
