Poor! Generic updates of non delivery which are not helpful.

These people are an absolute joke. They say they deliver but you can't see on their tracking that they were ever near your house. I hear bad things about this company. Why the company is growing I do no know.

My parcels are still missing after 10 days it’s totally awful as I now have to refund my customer

Had my parcel since 20/10/21 it is now 30/1021 and still no parcel even though it should of been here on 22nd

Absolutely Shoking service

If you like waisting time and money than this is the courier service for you..if your delivery address includes neighbours out buildings or someone's bin not even near your house then these guys won't let you down. ...absolutely useless

Absolutely shocking tracking service

I was supposed to receive my parcel by the 28th Oct (a Halloween costume)& I've still not received it even though it shows Hermes received it on the 21st Oct, not good

Always parcel delayed never on time awful service in future will be checking delivery service before purchase of goods.

In all evening, no knock on the door, no card left, just a text to say they attempted to deliver but couldn't, why would anyone use this company.

Very poor, I'm only waiting for something cheap, god knows what they would do with a valuable item. Stay clear.
