My parcel took a long time to be processed through there company and was 5 days late

This is the second package that hermes have left outside a block of flat and called that delivered!! I have £200 worth of toys stolen as they were left out the street.

Very much improved service over the last year. Great work keep it up

Tracking is awful. Driver never knocks door. Parcel always 3 days or more later than advised. Worst courier by far, and ridiculously expensive for such a shoddy service

Once again, package not delivered on time. Hung around all day but nothing. Just checked tracking, it says "Sorry tour your parcel has been delayed, it will be on the move in the next 24 hrs." Why do any "serious" business use this carrier??

Eta for my parcel 2 days ago. Still says out for delivery. I could of gone and picked it up quicker. Hermes southwest is the worst. Stay clear!!!

Any order email that comes in saying dispatched with Hermes makes my heart drop. I just think Brill here we go again. I'd never take a day off to wait for these guys because chances are... you'll just be a days pay out of pocket. Root of the problem... hire poeple who actually care for there job! Simple. Never had a decent experience with Hermes and they are genuinely the only one how are unpredictable.

Been waiting for a parcel to be delivered and still waiting. Not good enough. First should have been delivered on the 20th October second delivery date was 26th October.

Appalling service !!! Never knocks on door,I work from home and have a Ring system and they still don't knock .Left with anyone, lost 2 x items including today !
