Tracking info is not correct, they say they attempt delivery, three people in the house 24 hours a day, taken I. Many other parcels but they say they have tried to deliver twice, no cards left, no attempt to contact, had to leave one star as you can't leave none

They don't even deserve 1 star.... Absolute joke lost my parcel.... Try speaking to a human impossible... Automated service a waste of time.... Only use if your prepared to loose whatever it is your sending... NEVER send anything of value.... Customer service what service its a stupid Automated system total farce.. So if these comments do get read please reimburse me with my £25 lost parcel but I very much doubt a human will bother to contact me...

Lost my parcel, absolute nightmare, trying to contact anybody through the customer service helpline nearly impossible rmtook 3 months to get value of goods lost refunded. No recognition of time spent trying to resolve issue. Will not use again.

Hermes are always late, they either break your parcel or lose it! There is no way to get in touch or make a complaint either! I wish companies would stop using them! Three of my Hermes deliveries are delayed by 9 days! I’m still waiting!

I'm going to stop buying stuff that is sent with herms. having major issues With all the parcels they have got But they will Take on more parcels. And when it is actually delivered It is at the wrong address and you have to find whose door it is at

They are never on time delivery is always left where it shouldn’t be, not the greatest service to use!! Cheap is never best!!

Been waiting over a week for a parcel that was supposed to be 1 to 2 day delivery. I'd arranged with Hermes to drop the parcel off at a Hermes pick up point. A couple of days later the app said the parcel couldn't be dropped off. Took Hermes nearly 2 days to get back to my email request and assured me it would be delivered yesterday. Spent the whole day at home but no parcel, no update on app/website and no contact from Hermes. I'm going to just cancel the order now, sadly not the fault of the supplier but they'll lose an order because of Hermes ineptitude an appalling customer service.
