Saying they attempted to deliver when they didn't

My parcel should arrived at is destination on November the 5th , today is the 8th and I have no idea where the parcel is !!!! No updating at all

Never in my entire life have I dealt with a company like this they just don't care . I told them exactly what l though which is they're about as much good as a chocolate fireguard . I won't ever use your company again nor would l recommend you to any one. Your whole company needs a dam good shake up and totally staff revamping from the lowly brush sweeper to top executives the whole lot want sacking. Plus I begrudge you that one star as you don't deserve that you should have a minus button on there

Paid for the parcel to be delivered Sunday . Still no update

Was due Friday is now Monday and you had it since Saturday bit today there's a delay? BS am loosing money coz I need that part. Shoddy

Could not leave zero stars worst courier company

I am awaiting a parcel delivery. You claim on your tracking that I requested it be returned to the sender. I never made this request! Where is the parcel?

I’ve tried to track my parcel. It said you expecting to receive it last now it says the parcel is on it’s way back to se! I can’t read the message because the page is so full of adverts!

Very poor service

NEVER AT ALL COSTS USE THIS SERVICE !! My parcel was 3 days late and they left it out in the rain and was absaloutly soaked they didn’t call me once and the drivers are the rudest people I have ever met never ever use this service they have no customer service it’s all on a bot I would give it a -5 star rating if I had the chance

No time slot, had to wait in all day!! Other couriers (eg DPD) give a time slot, why not Hermes?

According to the tracker Hermes have Held my parcel for 8 days for no reason whatsoever It would have easier to collect it from the depot however it’s not an option.
