Yet another parcel that has just disappeared into thin air.

Very poor, drop off a parcel 10 days ago, it's still not on its way!!! My mum has dementia, and can't understand why the parcel has not arrived!! Will not be using this service again or recommending it to anyone. The one star is the Ayesha, who's trying to find it for me.

Worst carrier ever! Slow and inconvenient, rude.

They throw your parcel through the kitchen window, leave at your doorstep or throw in the bin without putting a slip through the letter box.

Would not have ordered if I knew Hermes were delivering thought it was Royal Mail ! My parcel has been at hub for 5 days already still no date of when it wiki arrive !

I’ve hid many parcels in my time but not many from Hermes as there never seem to deliver them

Week late..stating they had attempted delivery in Airdrie, Scotland. I live in Sunderland.

They got my item 6 days ago and they still have it! It's now 3 days late!!! Rubbish service and always have been

Always dire service

Hermes are crooks and need shutting down, its a well known fact that the workers help themselves to our items and hermes do nothing about it.

Unreliable service. Deliveries regularly late and delivered to wrong house.

Parcel should have been delivered on Friday & the tracker is still saying out for delivery!! They don’t even deserve 1*

This is by far the worst delivery service out of them all, I've had parcels left outside other people's doors I've also had parcels "attempted" to be delivered when I've literally had no one cone to my door.
