As per usual. Package not arrived on time

Still awaiting parcel for over 2 weeks. Terrible service

Item due today. Obviously didn’t turn up and tracking is impossible. You are awful Hermes. My son’s Christmas tree that he was putting up today

Absolutely shocking!!!! Bought a pair of boots and have been sat at a local depot for almost 3 weeks have been on the phone to them and do absolutely nothing about it! Disgusted DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!!

Hermes got to be the only company on the planet that doesn't even deserve 1 star you've sent me 2 messages up to now saying parcel to be delivered with a week between them and quess what still no delivery doesn't surprise me to tell the truth its just one lie after another with this company if I buy anything in future that uses Hermes for delivery's I will cancel that order TOTAL WASTE OF TIME

Didn't receive my parcel even though it says delivered I was In all day and no parcel was delivered so I would like to know where my parcel is as it was christmas presents for my daughter. Not happy very upset and angry.

This is the worst courier business ive ever known no customer service all automated and a guy i know who used to work there even told me that staff take parcels after photographing them on the door step because they know the customer cant doing anything once its been marked as delivered

Terrible. Time changed twice in a day, then cancelled saying it will be delivered tomorrow?????

Picked up my parcel a day late

Item lost in transit, fair enough it happens, but after 3 weeks of constant updates saying my Item will delivered, this date, then that date, it took me to contact hermes to find out what was going on, so my advice don't be a patient person if your Item is taking longer that expected. Contact hermes straight away an ask for an update

Waiting for a 3 day delivery 12 days later.

Hermes have lost 3 of my parcels in the last couple of months, they don't actually tell you, just shows as a delay! One of the items was a Christmas present, by the time hermes owned yo that they had lost it, it was out of stock- so I couldn't re order, now waiting on a recent ebay purchase, 10 days late so far, I won't get my hopes up- dreadful service

Not delivery for correct address. No left any notice. Rubbish!
