Worst courier service ever. Never get a card to say where its been delivered. POD via tracking doesn't state where its been delivered too if not your place. No option to set a redelivery date or redirection to another place even for a fee. We all don't stay at home waiting for deliveries. Thats if the courier bothers to leave a card in the 1st place. Literally hate Hermes service

Hermes is a great company and always gets my parcel's delivered on time or sometimes earlier.

Worst delivery company EVER!!!! only give it 1 star as it wouldn't let me give 0 stars

Why are you taking on more work / deliveries when you can’t complete the deliveries you have ? Why are you still allowed to operate when you have absolutely no end user delivery people to actually do the delivery….

Returned a parcel no choice but using Hermes no proof or receipt given despite asking . Had it for a week and still with Hermes useless . A chocolate teapot got more use
