How this company is still trading is beyond me, waiting over 2 weeks for a delivery. Always delivers to the wrong address if it gets there at all! If you can't do your job give up! Terrible terrible service.

Package in transit for 10 days now, but not out for delivery. Normally pretty quick. I know its Christmas but 10 days

Worst courier service ever. Never get a card to say where its been delivered. POD via tracking doesn't state where its been delivered too if not your place. No option to set a redelivery date or redirection to another place even for a fee. We all don't stay at home waiting for deliveries. Thats if the courier bothers to leave a card in the 1st place. Literally hate Hermes service

Why are you taking on more work / deliveries when you can’t complete the deliveries you have ? Why are you still allowed to operate when you have absolutely no end user delivery people to actually do the delivery….
