Not what they claim to be...

Said they came to my door no one was home to sign for it now they don’t know where it is

The info is most always up to date and the parcel arrives on schedule

Tracking information online takes too long to update status of delivery

Lost our package again. This package was priority and crucial to safety inspections. Would suggest fed x to ensure delivery

Say they were here but No evidence driver was here. Still don’t know where package is

Driver no Celphone to call customer to open a front gates

Can’t even contact anyone in person to find out about a late package. Poor customer interaction

Not pleased with tracking. Cannot even tell if my parcel is on the way or if it is still at sorting facility. NO updates. Terrible service

Any time anything comes by purolater it’s late I don’t know how this company stays in business

Why would parcel go from being to ns then to nb then back to ns??? Should have a rating less than 1 star

1 star is too much. I had to re-schedule the pick up my Covid test 3 times because the driver was not smart enough to find my house inside the condo . Today she came and told me she told she was turning to the the left . My house is on the right. See notes on my file or records.The covid test stayed at my door for 2 times, total time 12hs, The reccomendation is keeping it inside the fridge. Finally today she turned to the righ side and pick up the envelope. I hope the sample I gave wiil be good enough enough for the test. My quarentine is supposed to end tomorrow but I the lab already told this won't happen, which means I'll have to wait up to 72hs to have the results....

We paid for a two day delivery and now it’s day four and still nothing.

I have yet to find Purolator to be efficient and timely. Other carriers take less time and are more accurate in providing date and time for deliveries.

No tracking info for 2 days. Then delivery is 1 week late. Faster to use snail mail than Purolater.
