The package I sent to my fiancé looked like it got tampered with box was partly crushed in the tape looked like someone tried to open it not impressed.This was a birthday it better not be ruined!!

Paid extra for delivery on a Friday. It is now Tuesday noon. Still not here. Tracking keeps saying out for delivery. Can not call or talk to anyone at ups. Worst service ever!!!

Worst service ever. My package has been in Vestal since June 22nd. It’s now June 26th and still not delivered. Why?? Just ridiculous!

Amazon guaranteed delivery by UPS 4 days ago and I'm still waiting. The worst courier I've dealt with. All I'm hearing is "we're sorry your package is delayed ". Fix your service UPS! Unacceptable!

Will not recommend UPS to anyone. They let us down even after paying on express post. Handed important documents on the 17th of June 2023 to be delivered on the 20th of June 2023. Received only on the 23rd. A famous Courier service could not locate the address. Shame on you Disappointed, will not trust your service again.

Why ups delivery look like hidden my packet at somewhere at my parking lot , I never see it during the night time when I cach it tour massage , I just know my packet at the parking lot . Why you didn’t knock the door or ringing the bell in front of my house let me know . So bad , nothing hide

A very bad system and servic, never will get ur parcel on the time. I had several times contacted and they provide me the deadline but unfortunately they r lieing. Unprofessional and false system.
