Very very very Bad Service try to never use it again

My package sits in Jacksonville for weeks now

Re tracking no they’ve had my parcel since 10 May 2024 it’s almost a month and it’s still sitting in the warehouse? To a parcel I ordered early April 2024? I just want the package so I can give the “now extremely late” birthday gift to my niece.

They declared as delivered by meeting me in person but that didn’t happen

My package should have been here on the 5th!! It is in Tucson so why don’t I have it yet??!!!!

Ordered on May 23rd, still no package today. Can't seem to follow directions to my location. Address is right but being disputed. Will I ever get to talk to someone in person. I will come get it. Just tell me where it is located at right now.

This was a hard lesson learned I've been waiting longer than 4 days for a overnight priority UPS letter shipped from Houston to Utah. I will never use the service again, FedEx should have been the way to go

Package is supposed to arrive TODAY from Amazon. Instead it's in Brittish Colombia... I'm in Quebec. If it's not here by tomorrow I'm asking for my money back. Unbelievable. Absolutely trash delivery service.

I have been waiting about a week extra to get an item that typically takes 4 days to get this has been the worst UPS experience ever, they need to figure themselves out they used to be a reputable service now they're a joke I think I would rather have standard mail handle my packages honestly I think I get them faster.

Pay to have a package here in 2 days it's a week package still ain't here had to file a claim what good that's going to do might as well or another card don't take the same amount of time

Horrible delivery time

Well package was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago but there was a mistake on the address so that's not UPS's fault but I corrected it yesterday and then they promised me my package would be here this morning I find out it's not going to be here this morning it's not going to be here now till Monday morning so now UPS sucks

UPS does not need another bad review but they get one. Ordered a package from Canada. UPS held it for customs duty for days, never called. Finally, worried, I tried to call them but got only machines that told me all OK. Finally a human. Asked for $$, which I paid, and it's on its way, over a week late. User interface on computer, which told me all OK throughout also terrible.

Been waiting many many days and haven’t got my package.UPS is the worst carrier.
