  • Connect one-on-one service is another flop show. The expert checks for the tracking number and comes back to say filling up a form with $2 payment for talking to another person. Is this the way the customer is expected to go for a joy ride apart from having stress because of no clue on the delivery of the consignment? Unable to understand the business management by UPS.

  • Very bad service. Customs was paid on 30th May and the consignment is yet to be delivered. Tracking doesn't give any solid information. Keeps showing WE ARE EXPERIENCING TRANSIT DELAYS; WE WILL DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE AS SOON AS POSSIBKE. And the delivery date and time keeps changing continuously. Putting the clients under hardship and tremendous stress. Very much upset by the customer service by UPS. Can't understand why they made us pay customs while the consignment was still in Bengaluru, India. And why should it be sent to Koein DE when the consignment has to reach Canada? Will they compensate us for this Utter confusion at their side? Their service is very poor and the tracking system is hopeless. Never expected this from UPS.

  • They lied about delivery! They said that they tried to deliver but that I was not available, when all they had to do was follow instructions and leave my package at my front door! The 2nd delivery, my package was all beat up and one of the contents was damaged!!! I wish that Temu would stop using UPS!!!

  • My overnight delivery from the twin cities on 5-30-24 to West Central Minnesota,which is about a 1.5 hour drive was sent straight past me to Alexandria, MN and has been sitting there since Friday 5-31-24 according to tracking. You pay extra for overnight, I guess I should have asked which night!. I'm just glad I'm not waiting for a new liver or kidney!! I remember when there was great pride working for the post office and next to impossible to get in. If I could have rated it a half of a star I would have.

  • Packages delayed yet again. No clear way to self-track the packages without being sent down a rabbit-hole. No notificatins received after three requests for updates. Not a way to ensure customer satisfaction or provide anything that resembles service. I am only sorry that to leave a customer review that the minimum one star has to be registered as a rating, this service(yes I am being sarcastic) only rates negative integers

  • I will NEVER use UPS ever again , an urgent package I sent with a guaranteed next day delivery took 3 days , I phoned time and time again UPS , wrote an email to their customer service and never received any reply Awful company. Stay away from them … they should change their name to Useless Parcel Service

  • Tracking# - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 7448 after looking at the previous reviews. I believe Amazon should no longer use UPS. My package was in Amarillo, TX and sent the opposite direction toward Dallas TX, instead of Albuquerque NM. So now it sets somewhere in Texas and no information as to when it will arrive. It was marked "SHIPMENT DELAYED" for four days now and still delayed, WHY? This item I ordered in plenty of time so I would have it for my sons birthday. I am pissed at UPS!
