I waited for my package all day yesterday, and today tracking said I wasn't available when they tried to deliver. Thissame thing happened to me in another state. I had to really scamper to find a way to get my package before they sent it back. They don't even knock!!!

Parcel was to come Thursday—no show- Monday stayed home all day— it arrived in Regina last night — 2 hours away and today No show due to weather—- roads are perfect, no excuse—

Very pleased with the quick delivery and ability to track parcel. All personnel dealt with were polite and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to use again.

Found very convenient

Not consistant...losing boxes, customer service inadequate, it is what it is attitude just not up to par with competitors.

Es el peor servicio y se suponía que era expréss a domicilio, me decía que el nombre del receptor es incorrecto y que por eso tardará más la entrega y nunca me había pasado con otros servicios de envios algo parecido

3 out 3 packages were delivered to my next door neighbors. Now I have 6 more coming, let's see how it goes. By the way I live in a town with 16 house and 3 street.

I had an amazon package delivered today! It is a rainy snowy cold day! Typically my boxes are left covered wether it be in a bag or what not. No the carrier whom delivered my package left it on my porch in the rain! My box was SOAKED! The amount of money paid out for delivery you would think your drivers would be a little more caring! Very very disappointed!

Said it was come all day then got email that said driver about there then they said not comeinh after saying all day that it would be there

Driver's. Park up until GPS show they are at your home, than put a note on your door and run away fast and do this over and over to others. Than do one single mass drop off at a drop off site. People see them do this all the time and they think we do not know what they are doing.
