  • I got my car expedite so it can get to me quicker they took $15 off my card and told me that my card will be to me in 2 days on the 4th of December my rent was due on the 3rd I told my manager exactly what they told me and I have the receipt from the Gmail tracking thing to let me know when it comes they never came so I called last night mind you I talked to three different people from UPS yesterday waiting for my debit card telling me that I was going to get it at 3 and then I was going to get it at 8 now I'm going to be getting it today all I know is I should be having my car soon because u guys took money off my card to get to me quicker this makes no sense very disappointed I have bills to pay

  • If you live in a building. UPS will not deliver your package. Driver will say ,couldn't get in,They won't even try to get out of truck.UPS has no person to talk to ,which drives you crazy. Don't use tttthem please!At least Fed Ex will let you reroute to a Walgreens. UPS you charge too much and you suck!UPS pays their workers minimum wages. My boyfriend worked there, he knows

  • Worst parcel delivery company ever. Pay to have a package expedited and 4 days later still not here. Call customer service on day 2 and they're saying my package is somewhere that doesn't exist. If you're trying to run a business, DO NOT use this company to ship anything. Horrible delivery, they'll just throw it on your doorstep. Horrible customer service, can't even track a package, and they will do absolutely nothing to make you happy in the end

  • My package was to be delivered today by 9pm. It’s 10:25 pm and no package. Called earlier & had to wait 20 mins. Waiting again now & it said 30 mins. Went online but no answer to where my package is. But they gave me a huge write up on how I should buy Chinese! Where is that coming from?

  • Sent a single letter paid over $12.00 . UPS promised it would arrive at destination by end of day 12/03/2019. It has yet to arrive at destination. The delay is holding up a valuable, legal ,procedure. We chose UPS,to avoid an equally annoying delay by USPS. It seems no one can live up to their promises. The item would probably have arrived faster with a simple 47 cent stamp. So far we have spent 37.00 dollars for priority services that we did not receive.
