Ordered overnight shipping on December 2, this is December 6 and no package, Horrible service!

Never usually have an issue but my package was left at the wrong address and I just happened to be walking and noticed a package at a house further down where noone currently lives. Drivers need to triple check the addresses. It could have been stolen.

I've been waiting 2 weeks to find out where my package is, tracking number is correct but I still get no information

UPS is always on time and my packages arrive in good shape, not all destroyed like some other carriers do!!! I Love UPS!!! I'm a customer for life!!!!!

I was suppose to get my package last night and I never did running late

Ups sucks. I have been trying to get a pkg deliverd for five days now. At first the apt. number was incomplete, that was corrected. Now the driver say that I was not available to receive pkg. All he has to is leave it at door. I stayed home all day Wednesday and he never arrived.

I was told 3-5 days today is day 5 now says delayed to weather lol no rain or snow
