was supposed to get on Dec 4 was overnight next day sent out dec 2 still not here

You company sucks when it comes to on time deliveries

It took a week to get my package when it was only suppose to be 6 days and then they kept changing the day of the order

Got to wonder why a package goes to a facility 2 towns over & sits for 3 or 4 days.

Tracking # shows delivered, I live in a secure building with a Luxer lock box system.... a week later & I'm still searching for the packafe

UPS is the worst when it comes to tracking a package. It's Reliable. It keep changing it delivery date.

Ups use to deliver to my door. Now they drop off in the office and won’t take it upstairs. If I wanted to go out and get my products I would go out and buy them elsewhere instead of having it delivered.

I ordered several items on line which were were delivered over the last few days. Your driver knocked on the door to let us know our order was being delivered. We've had orders stolen from us in the past; so I really appreciate the driver's actions & thoughtfulness

This package was a sured to be here Tuesday 3rd. But it has be setting in rialto since 1 PM Tuesday. It's now the 5th and not here. This is the 3rd time and sometimes have lost my packages. I have Prime!!! Duh!!!

I was supposed to receive my package Tuesday 12/3 it has been in rialto since 1pm Tuesday???? Needed this in a hurry. And I have prime Duh!!

Didn't make an attempt to contact or leave information about the package

You're tracking says it's to be delivered when it's never been taken off the truck at the docks Why would your tracker Say it's gonna be delivered when it's not it said it was already on the truck to be delivered

Packages are always late or always damaged I hate using this company.

You guys have such Terrible service seriously all our packages been showed up delivered while they were clearly not delivered to right address
