Said it was come all day then got email that said driver about there then they said not comeinh after saying all day that it would be there

Driver's. Park up until GPS show they are at your home, than put a note on your door and run away fast and do this over and over to others. Than do one single mass drop off at a drop off site. People see them do this all the time and they think we do not know what they are doing.

People were home to pick up my package, and you had the mailing address, but instead you delivered it to the post office. Which is aggravating because you delivered it to the next town over, when there is literally a post office a few blocks away from my house.

Horrible won't show delivery date

I can't find my package nowhere, this heats delivers to my address,

UPS is supposed to deliver no matter what the weather:/ needless to say a lot of unhappy people;(

They lost my package

Wow, I'm surprised the product arrived 6 days early which I am extremely satisfied. I just finished opening up a box and turned on the heater and it's warming up my 20 by 20 room rapidly. Once again thank you so much and may UPS continue their goals as far as felicitating the customers thank you once again.

VERY LOUSY SERVICE

Stayed home all day waiting on my medication that is very important to me. Your so called delivery website shows it would be here from 2pm to 6pm, never snowed up or a call -text or email. What service LMAO

We ordered a TV from Costco online. Delivery was scheduled for 29th Nov. I was tracking the package on the website and it was showing "On its way" and till "End of Day". I waited till 9 pm and no delivery arrived. Though we had the best weather in Toronto on 29th.,UPS claims the delivery is delayed due to "Severe weather conditions ". I had made plans to set up the TV over the weekend. I am still waiting. Very upset with the UPS customer service.

Overnight means overnight not three days later

Never received my package although said it was delivered!!

We did NOT receive an email to say that this was out for delivery. We are CURRENTLY Ouult of town and had no option to change the delivery date to MONDAY. We are now hoping that our business order is still on our front porch!!!!!

Love UPS shipping. Always my choose in shipping company's.
