Very bad service. My package has not been delivered on time . In tracking side they mention that they attempted two time but no one came . Their customer service is horrible . Can not able to reach any agent.

2 days late (and counting) on an overnight delivery. Very poor service!

I ordered a pressure cooker from Kohl’s on November 10. It was to be delivered between November 14 and 19th. Today is the 23rd and no delivery yet. Kohl’s has no clue what’s going on and not able to help.

Tracking is not updated. To many Lost packages

After paying for overnight air and picking up a box yesterday for Monday delivery to New Mexico from Phx. They left an overnight lable on the door and left the package instead of putting the overnight call tag on the box and taking the box to the airport. The Sun City driver is an idiot

All the money they charge they have slowo delivery. No worth the money. Still did not tell me if the package artive at it destination.

Why has my package just sat since November 8th. While needs tracking if the package isn't moving.

I called the 1800 number and I requested for my parcel to be picked up at the UPS and the agent that spoke with said that I cannot have it picked up there. I've had my parcel looked after by someone else before and it took weeks for me to actually find my package before. The agent insisted three times that I cannot. I am so upset about this.

Did not deliver package 1Z81E3470303340203 to our address

Its bad when u order stuff an u dont get it cause ups drivers to dam lazy to deliver to the right house an they take it back to springdale not very happy with ups service

The last few times I have had orders that was shipped UPS out of Russellville, Arkansas to my home in Paris, Arkansas the neighbor 2 farms over had to bring them to me because the driver couldn't find my address that is by my driveway on the mail box. The address is located on a 911 plat size of a street sign. Today I had a car part to be in and it said it was delivered but it was not to my house again so someone got a car part worth almost 200 dollars and now I have to call the company I got it from to see if they can ship me another part at no cost to me thanks to the UPS driver not being able to read a address right by the road on a mail box again.

Still waiting on my letter which was shipped for overnight this is 2nd day. Really irritated I paid 78.89 For overnight. Sent Wednesday 2:30 p.m. Here it is Friday 2:30 p.m. still not here

Box arrived with a gaping hole that was taped. $2000 dehumidifier May have been damaged.
