Today a $2000 computer was left on the porch in the pouring rain without a plastic bag!! It is obvious it is a Dell computer... C'mon man !!!

Amazon Prime 2 day packages taking over a week on 2 separate shipments. Common UPS uugh....

Very disappointed got a parcel sent from the uk from my parents got stuck at customs for weeks they took some items out but ups wouldn't deliver the rest they sent it back to the uk which cost my parents alot more money and now I'm still waiting for brokers fee to be returned to me I now have 2 children upset they never got this parcel

This UPS tracking system does'nt work at all

I spent over $40 to have an envelope delivered, garnered and it did not arrive at the house. They leave today, and did not receive there gift. Very disappointed.

Lame tracking, can't even see where my package is???

I was supposed to receive a package yesterday. Missed it so I told them 6o dont redeliver it. I'll come pick it up @ their maspeth location. All now i haven't received my package

The box sent had the wrong boxes inside and is imposible to find a was to talk with ups representatives

They do a pretty good job. We literally live 40 miles from the nearest ups hub, and 15 miles from the closest small town of 600. Looks like tonight will be the 1st time my Amazon prime delivery guaranty hasnt arrived in 2 days.

due to heavy snow condition today,I saw the delivery truck but I could not catch the truck.I was yelling to the truck but the truck left in a hurry.

Wish they would more like FedEx and Amazon Prime delivery. UPS is okay
