I don't understand the way b you guys at UPS handle everyday business make it so complicated. I am still waiting for my package actually arrived last week but I was not home an instead of the UPS delivery person leave the package outside the front door took it am returned to your warehouse m. I never made certified it us that policie of you guys that makes it so inconvenient, and then send me easily statating the my package is been deliver at a local CVS and I have to go pick it up the next day we'll is Saturday the next day an mote: (UPS don't deliver on weekends) so I go pick it up the next day to find out it is not there. And now I received email saying that my package will be deliver on Tuesday that is tomorrow so I went ahead an track my package an is saying that us ready for pick-up?, whatever "fluck" not F..........! OK I did not say it, it is wrong with peopke??? Are guys playing games with me it looks like. I tell you what I an not going to ho pick it up at what ever UPS facility or neither CVS neither OK so you do what you have to do I will never ever again do business with you at UPS.

Where is my package? The delivered picture sent to me is not my house. Why don't your delivery person include the house number in the pitcure?

Horrible company to deal with. Can only look up the tracking and tell you what you already know. No help. All they can say is “sorry” and just wait longer. They literally can’t do anything for you. Best advice…. Stop doing business with ups. If they can’t get it straight then they don’t deserve to be in business. There is very little help and almost every avenue of help is automated. They say it’s easier, more efficient, but in actual fact it allows them to hire less people because they know that their employees can only tell you what an automated message can after entering your tracking number. Why hire someone when you can do that yourself with the same result. Despicable. Honestly the best thing you can do is just not do business with them at all.
