Useless service it has been 15 days now it is showing in Bangalore it took 15 days to go to Bangalore horn Hyderabad and don’t understand when it will reach USA

UPS has gone DOWN HILL IN A BIG WAY!!! ABSOLUTELY NO CARE WHATSOEVER!!! My parcel hit Portland on the 13th.... it's now the 18th... We'll see!!! But I'm not holding my breathe!!! Also, why is it we buy in the US... from a vendor in the US..... But when you have an issue.... You are sent to Central America for support???? WTF does anyone in Central America know about what's going on in the US??? On the 15th they said it was delayed a day... I asked if they could just hold the package at the facility and I would just pick it up....She told me that was not an option since it hadn't been attempted to be delivered yet.... On the 16th.... Got another late notice.... So I call them back.... and now they can't find any information on the package to hold it.... TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!!!

I have never seen such a useless service. I had sent a parcel in 2Jan and it has not been received yet.

The parcel in question was lying in Hyderabad and Bangalore from 13th January 2024 to 16th January 2024, very bad, why the parcel was in India?.

UPS here in Philippines is not trustworthy useless not have good service..

My package has been at the local UPS store in my area since the 13th of January and today is the 17 of January I still haven’t received my package, come on UPS y’all have got to do better. And whenever I do get a package from you guys they do not ring the doorbell to let you know your package is there, they just drop it and leave.

I was supposed to get my parcel from hyderabad India bearing number 1z63xv820433484979 to indiana polis usa I didn't receive but tracking shows it delivered at 16.57 pm to my surprise I didn't receive

Lier, the package was supposed to deliver Monday then messaged for reschedule to Tuesday. Tuesday received message that customer was not available when UPS attempt delivery. Lier, I was home the whole day.

Would be AWESOME if they knocked so I could get my package before they just leave!

Very slow! Keeps saying my package is going to be delivered and then emailing me saying “they missed me and will try again tomorrow” Even tho I’ve been home all day waiting for them and no one came around so they didn’t even try.

Yes me too I sent a package to ontario bc from Vancouver over night delivery November 23 my guy friend said he never received it we looked into after a few days they said it was lost so we checking and to this day both me the sender and the receiver haven't received the package, east Indians said they shipped it out but they only crested the label but no package was attached this is in vancouver bc commercial drive store # 477 the lady never sent out the package she kepted it
