It is really a rubbish courier company. I was marked as undeliverable without anyone contacting me.

Why are you sending me fake messages about a delivery and my address. IF this was legit, I get packages from ups often and never have they questioned my address. Track# 29194773

How are they going to assume you're able to pick it up at the ups location? They tried to deliver once that's it. Would be nice you know if they tried once more before assuming I can make it 30 miles to get the damn package

Thank you for delivering this ice machine safely and undamaged. The first one wasn't so lucky. But thanks to the company that sent out a replacement one before I go in for surgery.

They marked my order as delivered yet I never received it. Seems there is no more moral standards in these businesses. Sad.

I sent a package from Montana to California on the fifth yes of January. It still hasn't arrived on the 13th what's up u p s. I could have walked it there faster. Will I use FedEx next time? Not happy

I haven’t received one part of this order 1Z870E2AYW96966482 . I even understand why UPS dropped the 2 items in 301 however the address was Apt 201

My building intercom went bad. A not was left at the intercom advising all delivery persons to call the recipient directly. UPS delivery person came to my building but did not call and did not leave a note. I called to find out the problem with my package, was told I was not listed on the directly of the building. I informed them that the directory/buzzer was faulty and they should have called or left a note. Begged them to drop off my item at the nearest pick up centre, so I can pick it up myself. It's been 5days, no one can tell me the whereabouts of my package. Very horrible experience

You don't even have a rating from me as your services are way too poor. After the stress of paying import duty charge and series of follow up phone call,my items were not delivered once. They were cut open including the edibles which poured. I called your customer care line to complain and the lady who picked did not allow me speak and she ended the call on me. What a mess of your service brand???!!!

Ups are always pleasant and come in time, more than 3 years and I never had a problem with them

I was told that the package would be delivered on January 9, today it’s not delivered. I paid all of $129.69US. This is very bad and I should be refunded.

This service is sucks, my package was supposed to delivered, when I got home I couldn't find anything I call them this is a nightmare. Very poor service never I need answers .this is my second time I lost items through this bull ship service.

I called UPS and asked them to pick up a package at my home. They said the first available was 2 days later an hour after the time I called and they told me there was never a pick up scheduled. I said I talked to someone who gave me a three hour window on when it would be picked up. They have no idea what they are doing!!

They should stop relying on the usps to do there work and do it them selfs. Sad you got that big raise and still can’t do your jobs right.
