UPS reviews

I was away from my building when they came to deliver. They left me a message saying it will be at UPS store. UPS store said they do not have package. That it was delivered. I filed a complaint to New Balance that sent me my package. They were told it was delivered on the 9th. I was home all day, but no package came. I am very upset. Even tracking says it was delivered. I suspect that it was stolen by UPS worker. Am contacting New Balance. Fortunately my building has camera. If this person came it should show. But where did the package go? I was home.

Dropped off parcel three weeks ago and according to tracking info it hasn’t left my city yet. Are you kidding me!!

Dropped my package at the UPS head office in Utrecht-Netherlands on Dec 11th 2023. Dec 16th still laying at the UPS head office in Utrecht. A total DISGRACE

They delivered my parcel according to them but I got nothing .. nonsense service. U have to pay UPS

My biggest complain is the driver doesn’t let you know the parcel has been delivered. RING THE DOOR BELL. Don’t drop it and leave.

Althought i paid gor fast shipping,, Ups said my delivery will be Dec 14th initially on Dec 14th said will come on Dec 15th by 8pm on Dec 15th said will come Dec 16th Really???? I could get this package thru prime gor free,but we wanted earlier.... so dissatisfied

The worst service! Make you wait for hours on end. Better of finding other courier service if you want your package to arrive. Give you a hard time when you prefer to self clear your package because they charge you extra fees and shipping through the roof for brokerage fees! After 5 days on waiting for my self clearance papers; I was lied to about the amount I would be charged. It cost me less than 1/2 of what they charge to have my package sent!

Reliable delivery always

Poor service and humiliation and dis organizing among the staff. I don’t like what happened to my parcel. The parcel was not delivered on time till it get damaged and I asked the staff if I can go to Collection it at Store they promissed to be delivered today and they will call me so I had to wait up to 8:00 pm with No response and I wested my time , Why ? Why? Why are you not telling the truth? That food is very expensive

Parcel says it has been on route since May of this year ? What the heck
