Waiting on a perishable food order. No idea when they would show up and didn't leave pkg. Shipper does not require a signature but Puronsays different. We missed by less than 20 minutes. I called and favourite byword is NO. Wouldn't drop at my office, between delivery address and depot. No way for them to phone the driver or the depot manager, only have one way communication. Promised an email when pkg got to depot, hoping to p/u on Saturday. Delivery slip said Tuesday, after holiday weekend. Likely gone bad by then. Only way they stay in business is because they are related to Canada Post. They should sell their trucks and close up shop. HORRIBLE Service.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
