Customer care representatives are very rude. They will not listen to ur concern. I deliver the parcel before pick up time of purolator driver near by purolator store.I paid extra money so that my package will deliver next day before 12 pm as long weekend was on the door, but driver didn’t pick up the parcel. I enquire the store where I dropped the package they told me that all parcels were picked up by purolator. When I track my parcel it was not pickedup. It was picked up next day and delivered after long weekend. I called to customer care the representative wad very humble with me then she transfer my call to accounts, omg that lady was like she had a fight with her family. She was not ready to listen the concern. She was very bossy and told me in rude manner that ur parcel was “delivered on time” and repeatedly she was saying these words. Even she don’t want to listen anything.I had a worst experience with purolator. Will never suggest anyone and expensive too as I spent to much money still the parcel was not delivered on time.

Got a big shipment today first time receiving from them and missing one item out of 9 :/ hoping they can find my missing package and bring it back.

Why do your drivers not look at ID before surrendering pkg to people? I was told this envelope was for me, I gave them my name he said yep, had me sign. I was waiting for a new visa card, thought this was it. The mail was actually for someone else. I now have mail that does NOT belong to me. Because your drivers do not concern with who they deliver packages to. I have no way of getting this mail to the right person.

Horrible service! I was home when the driver dropped a notice in my mailbox without even driving in my driveway, saying I wasn’t home so they were unable to deliver! When I contacted customer service I was asked to pay $2 to speak the an “expert”.
