I received a text message stating that my package would be delivered on 05-02-2022 between 0900-1700 and someone had to be present to sign for it. Someone waited until 1700 and it was a no show. I called customer service who advised they were unable to track the truck and no one was picking up the phone at the local center…. But they did say the trucks typically deliver until 18:30 at night…. So I guess I sit for another hour and a half?

Still waiting on a package that should’ve arrived on the 18th! No response from RL no updated tracking info, no delivery date confirmation! Total joke!

They just left out package at the end of our road which is 1/2 Mile away from our house on the side of the road with no notification..
