R&L Carriers review by

My husband ordered an AC unit. He told the delivery company we have a long driveway. They assured him they would send a small truck - which they did. We get deliveries all the time. We clearly had our furniture moved here. Trucks can get up our driveway. This guy blocked the entire road. He didn't even attempt the driveway. He got the unit about half way up the driveway with his hand cart then wanted to drop it at the weirdest place nowhere near the house. I told him we weren't going to sign unless he moved it to the house. He was a jerk. He told me he would take it back and we would have another delivery fee and insisted he needed my name to prove I'd refused delivery. I told him I didn't refuse it, he didn't deliver it to my home. He told me he couldn't get his equipment up my driveway. That's absolute horse crap. We get deliveries here all the time. He was willing to take it half way up and half way back down but not willing to take it all the way to the house? He was so rude about it, he brought it back down the driveway, loaded it back up and took off. I can't imagine how this company stays in business. In a world where everything can be delivered, you'd think you would hire people that can act so their job. Definitely go with another company. You don't want your packages - especially your really expensive ones treated this way.

This trucking company is a fiasco on wheels. I ordered something off of Amazon and for some apparent reason it got shipped through these tool bags. I wish I could find the driver who left my $8000 HVAC unit out on the road. Zero customer service, zero updated tracking numbers, zero information. Way to go you've mastered the art of being total D bags of the shipping world

If you want your expensive engine left at the edge of the road rather than at the shop doors of the shop it was to be delivered. Try these people. You provide phone numbers so these people can call you so that you can have a smooth transaction but no....no phone call what so ever. Then your engine is damaged. Customer service refuses to take the claim saying someone signed for it, if a person signed for it WHY would a mechanic agree to have an engine dropped off at the edge of their drive instead of the shop doors. Like please make it make sense. Only one mechanic in the shop and I am the buyer, so who besides their own driver signed for the engine?!?! Again, make it make sense.

Once they pick up your package, it will dissappear into space! No tracking, no delivery date, zero communication. Good luck shipping with this scam!
